Ludmila Ungureanu, formerly with the Central European & Eurasian Law Initiative, is currently a Heinz Fellow at the University of Pittsburgh. She is a specialist in the development of legal institutions and the rule of law as well as human rights in the former Soviet Union. She will be discussing legal developments there, drawing from both successes and failures, and looking at current developments as well as future challenges. Free and open to the public. Second Sunday of each month, 3 - 5 p.m.

A group of women from different backgrounds whose goal is to break down cultural barriers and foster better understanding between people of different backgrounds.  Informal conversation and food.  Generally a specific topic each month.
